SEEKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITION:
NGNG is looking for one ROCKSTAR brand manager! This person must learn and express Amber’s unique vision and voice. We are looking for someone who possesses the following character traits:

- Has a growth mindset and has ideally embarked on their own healing journey/has “done the work” on themselves
- Knows how to check their ego at the door
In a professional capacity, this person should be:
- Opportunistic, Innovative, High-energy
- Capable of thinking one step ahead
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Able to take initiative and make suggestions
- In love with all things social media and has a knack for interacting with people on different platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Ready to come to work with a positive, supportive attitude and a friendly tone (GREAT communication skills!)
- Low-maintenance, KIND, easy to work with & trustworthy
- HIGHLY reliable and honest
- NOT in need of micromanaged and completes tasks in a timely manner (meets all deadlines!)
- A big believer in open/honest communication for the greater good of all and is open to constructive feedback
- VERY experienced on all social media platforms (2yrs+), particularly Instagram and VERY familiar with creating content plans/schedules
- Capable of reviewing large amounts of video (sales calls, interviews, etc.) then piecing them them together in a way that's organized and interesting to our target audience
- Seeking a long-term employer
- AND will ideally have suported a personal brand or influencer launch a successful campaign (Ie. helped a client launch their book, or at a minimum will have helped a client launch a course or podcast)

What we’re REALLY looking for:
- We would love our marketing to be something fresh & unique, similar to Taylor Swift (talk about inspo!)
- We want beautiful, elegant, inspirational, non-chaotic content that still has ample color and movement
- We are focused less on sales and more on going deeper/connecting on an emotional level in a way that’s authentic & genuine (while of course still driving business!)
- We do NOT want to be cookie-cutter or look like anyone else!
- We are looking for someone to really learn who Amber “is” and help her to fully self-express across all our social media platforms
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all things social media including, but not limited to:
- Uploading videos to YouTube
- Creating and scheduling social media posts & set up their automation
- Draft & send a weekly newsletter to our email list through the CRM
- Promote events, launches, etc. across all platforms
- Managing customer support inquiries through social media messaging and email (only as it relates to the work you do - not for all areas of the company)
- Optimize content by keywords and SEO specific to each platform as needed
- Track all metrics plus and document data/results
- Research and keep up on current social media trends, etc.
- Create customizable templates that can be used for multiple purposes
- General copywriting/messaging/positioning (the faster you pick up the brand voice the better)!
- Potentially help support live-streaming events
Hours: MUST be available M-F 9am-3pm MT (you will not be required to work that entire window, but will be expected to be available for messaging and tasks to be assigned as needed within that timeframe each day) PLEASE DO NOT apply if you are not able to work those designated hours!
