CORY is hiring a hands-on, execution-driven Area Manager to oversee performance across a 1,500-unit Class A multifamily portfolio.

We are representing an owner-operator multifamily organization known for strong leadership, an execution-focused culture, and a high-performing portfolio.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across a 1,500-unit multifamily portfolio, ensuring strong performance and consistency across assets.
- Partner closely with the team to drive occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property walks and performance reviews to identify opportunities and ensure standards are met.
- Coach and support team members to build accountability and develop high-performing teams.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- 3+ years of multisite or regional-level experience within multifamily property management
- Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to drive results across multiple assets
- Hands-on, accountable leader with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
