We are looking for a Social Media Intern to join us this spring!
Founded in 2021, Jafri Journal is a digital media and news company covering the nation's most relevant commercial and residential real estate content. Our Journal has the fastest-growing free subscription newsletter, a next-generation website, and world-class Instagram pages highlighting the most reputable commercial owners, celebrities, athletes & more! Our Journal also has the ability to put together data sets in specific cities for residential and commercial owners in the United States of America.
Jafri Journal aims to market the key players nationally within their respective markets – our Journal has multiple packages to offer and showcase brokers, lenders, owners, and private equity professionals globally.
Our growing company is looking for a determined and entrepreneurial individual who wants to create a career in content creation, social media and digital content marketing. This position will assist in all aspects of social media/digital marketing and overall branding strategies.
We provide training, guidance and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Work with Management to develop social media strategy and best practices
- Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, snf Mailchimp
- Create and publish unique content on various social media channels
- Prepare bi-weekly updates to report growth and campaign success rates
- Identify leaders and influencers and engage them in brand activities
- Assist with email marketing as needed
- Daily social media management, including organizing cross-platform content strategies
- Develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our clients’ needs and their specific industries
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to start ASAP!
- Majors: Marketing, Communications, Journalism Business, or Finance
- GPA: 3.3 preferred
- Students applying for this internship should have a solid understanding of social media marketing, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and word
- Canva (*Not required but preferred)
- Graphic Design (*Not required but preferred)
- Highly organized, Evolved communication skills, Time management
