The Opportunity
We are hiring our first Director of B2B Marketing & Content to own and build the entire B2B marketing engine for Exactius Growth from the ground up. We are looking for a high agency operator that will be at the center of building out content and B2B marketing across four businesses, Exactius Growth (scaling companies), Castle Roads (Non-dilutive growth capital for recurring revenue businesses), and two stealth AI-first businesses we are launching this year.This is not a support role or a content-only seat– this is the person who will architect, execute, and measure a full-funnel B2B marketing program that generates pipeline, enables sales, and positions Exactius as the category-defining growth partner for founders and CEOs.
You will report directly to the GM and Managing Directors, operate with autonomy, and be accountable for results– not activity. Over time, you will build and lead a small, high-performance team. But right now, you are the team. You are the strategist AND the executor. You write the plan, then you ship the work.
This is the perfect role for someone who has built a B2B content and marketing engine before at a high-growth company, knows what great looks like, and is hungry to do it again with more autonomy, more AI leverage, and more direct impact on revenue.

What You Will Own
Your goal is to build qualified inbound leads for sales. This is what success will be measured against and is the reason this role exists.
1. AI-Powered Content Engine
- AI as your force multiplier:
- AI-Powered Content Production: Use generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to produce content at 10x the speed and quality of traditional approaches. You treat AI as an extension of your capabilities– constantly testing, adopting, and building new workflows that maximize output while maintaining editorial quality.
- The Content Waterfall: Transform high-value concepts from founders and subject matter experts into a cascade of omni-channel assets– LinkedIn posts, newsletter segments, blog articles, short-form video, YouTube content, webinar recordings, and sales collateral– using AI tools to scale content repurposing and distribution.
- Personalization & Distribution: Leverage AI to personalize content at scale across audience segments, optimize distribution timing, and continuously improve performance through data-driven experimentation.
2. Full-Funnel B2B Marketing
- Demand Generation & Lead Magnets: Build industry-specific lead magnet campaigns from concept to execution– owning copy, design, and delivery. Create the assets that fill the top of funnel: whitepapers, playbooks, frameworks, ROI calculators, and interactive tools.
- Webinars & Events: Own the end-to-end webinar program– topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, execution, and post-event content repurposing. Build a webinar engine that generates qualified leads and positions Exactius leadership as thought leaders.
- LinkedIn & Social: Run the LinkedIn content strategy for Exactius and its leadership. Build a strong following through consistent, high-value content that drives inbound interest from Post-Exit Founders, CEOs, and growth-stage leaders. Manage presence across all relevant social channels.
- YouTube & Video: Develop and execute a YouTube content strategy– from concept to published video– that builds brand authority and drives SEO/AEO performance. Produce short-form and long-form video content, case study videos, and thought leadership.
3. Sales Enablement & Revenue Impact
- Sales Enablement Materials: Partner with the sales team to develop compelling case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, ROI frameworks, and objection-handling content. Every asset you create should directly enable a sales conversation.
- SEO & AEO: Build a content strategy that drives organic search performance and Answer Engine Optimization, ensuring Exactius shows up when prospects are researching growth partners.
- Measurement & Optimization: Own marketing KPIs and report directly to leadership on pipeline contribution, content performance, lead quality, and channel ROI. Use data to ruthlessly prioritize what works and kill what doesn’t.
4. Brand & Thought Leadership
- Founder Thought Leadership: Collaborate with founders to develop their personal brands and editorial voices. Ghostwrite, co-create, and amplify founder content that builds trust and credibility with high-value prospects.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent, premium brand presence across every channel. Exactius should be top-of-mind for any founder or CEO thinking about growth.
What You Will Actually Do (Week 1 and Beyond)
We want to be transparent. Here is what this role looks like day-to-day:
- Design & Execute: You own the complete output. You open Figma, Canva, or your AI design tool and create the graphic. You write the hook. You edit the video. No waiting for other teams. End-to-end execution.
- Ship Daily: Content goes out every day across channels. You set the cadence, you build the calendar, you manage approval and you hit publish. Velocity matters.
- Build AI Workflows: You will continuously build, test, and refine AI-powered content workflows that let one person produce the output of a team of five. This is how you scale before you hire.
- Feed the Funnel: Every piece of content exists to drive a business outcome. You create assets that sales uses directly to engage prospects, that drive inbound leads, and that build long-term brand equity.
- Build the Team (6–12 months): Once you’ve proven the engine works and established the playbook, you will hire, develop, and lead a small marketing team (2–4 people) to scale what you’ve built.
Who You Are
Experience & Skills
- 5–8+ years in B2B content marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, with a demonstrated track record of building content engines that drive measurable pipeline and revenue. You’ve done this before—ideally at a high-growth startup, agency, or SaaS company.
- Proven AI fluency: You actively use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Descript, etc.) in your daily workflow. You can demonstrate specific examples of how AI has 3–10x’d your content output or marketing performance. This is not optional—it is a core requirement.
- Full-stack content creator: Strong aesthetic design sense combined with persuasive copywriting ability. You can write a LinkedIn post that gets 50K impressions AND design the carousel that goes with it. You can script, and edit a YouTube video. This rare combination is essential.
- Multi-channel experience: You have hands-on experience across LinkedIn, YouTube, email/newsletter, webinars, SEO/AEO, paid social, and sales enablement. You understand how these channels work together in a B2B funnel.
- Data-driven: You measure what matters. You can set up tracking, analyze performance, and make decisions based on data—not gut feel. You’ve owned KPIs like pipeline contribution, lead quality, content engagement, and channel ROI.

Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to founders, CEOs, or C-suite decision-makers in a services or consulting context
- Experience building and leading a marketing team
- Background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation at a startup or agency
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and attribution tools
- A personal brand or content portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create engaging B2B content
