Right Hand Gals is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for the creator economy and experience in social media management, affiliate strategy, or content coordination. We are a boutique concierge affiliate management agency specializing in organic affiliate strategy across LTK, ShopMy, and Amazon, and we operate like no one else in the space.
As a Right Hand Gal (or pal!), you will provide real-time support and guidance to our roster of creators, picking up where they leave off to execute content like graphics and newsletters, edit Reels and TikToks, repost top-performing content, and analyze data to continuously inform the best affiliate strategy for each client.
The right candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple clients at once, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a sharp understanding of social media trends and creator content strategy. You're an avid, intentional consumer of media with genuine interest in how the creator industry works, and you thrive in a startup environment where your contributions shape how the company grows.
Day In The Life
At Right Hand Gals, our primary focus is ensuring that we are one step ahead of our creators at all times. Anticipating needs and providing real-time solutions while in constant communication with our creators allow us to foster relationships based on trust. As a concierge agency, a can-do mindset is what sets us apart. No project is too big or too small, we can make it happen.
Each day will bring a familiar rhythm based on daily creator needs, while changes to the industry and the algorithm provide opportunities to challenge the way we think and how we drive results. We aren't the agency that schedules content out months ahead of time. Trends change too quickly for that. We plan content a week at a time at most, leaving room for new opportunities, recurring deliverables, and more.
Data & Strategy
Review creator content and affiliate performance across LTK, ShopMy, and Amazon to identify what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it. Every execution decision starts here.
Affiliate & Stories Graphics
Analyze each creator's affiliate performance data to inform graphic strategy, identifying top-performing retailers, timing around new arrivals and sales, and determining the right format for each opportunity. Then execute that strategy in Canva with an aesthetic that fits the creator's style and converts.
Platform Distribution
Repost and cross-distribute creator content across platforms with accurate links, captions, and context to maximize reach and drive revenue.
Newsletters
Curate each creator's weekly newsletter end-to-end, including copy, affiliate links, subject line, and theme, written in their voice with minimal revisions needed.
You'll Also Be Responsible For
Short-Form Video Editing
While not an everyday task for every client, same-day editing is a service we offer and our standard is high. You need to be fast, accurate, and trend-aware, someone who can turn around a Reel or TikTok that fits the creator's style and the current moment without multiple rounds of revisions.
Day-to-Day Operations
Keep creator details, tasks, and records current in Notion. Communicate proactively with creators, teammates, and anyone else in the workflow to keep things moving smoothly.
Who You Are
The right candidate shows up eager, stays focused without being managed, and is genuinely plugged into trends and pop culture, not because it's part of the job description, but because it's just how they move through the world. You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your clients and your work, and you bring a willingness to learn and adapt that makes you someone people want in their corner.
