The Marketing Intern will support the central Marketing Team. The preferred candidate has as at least 2 years of completed education in Marketing or related Business field. This position will be full time through the summer (mid-May through mid-August), on site in our Washington, PA location.

This project is designed to give the intern hands-on experience across the full marketing ecosystem at Audia while supporting key organizational priorities. The intern will contribute to both external-facing initiatives such as content development, social media planning, competitive research as well as internal tasks such including messaging alignment, brand consistency, and market engagement strategy.
This allows the intern to understand how marketing drives pipeline growth, strengthen brand presence, and support cross-functional collaboration.
Primary tasks and responsibilities:
- Audit existing and competitor content; identify missing top, middle, and bottom of funnel content
- Supports social media and website content
- Graphic design
- Support lead generation by identifying and organizing high quality prospects via ZoomInfo. Identify potential new market segments
- Support team with trade show / customer event plannings, lead an element of Joint Team 2026
- Product Wall revamp at Arden Showroom
- Internal marketing communications including newsletter, Confluence updates
- Organizing marketing storage room and managing inventory of giveaways (ordering and creating inventory management tracker)
- Administrative tasks such as invoice processing, global business cards
Specific Skill Requirements:
- Adobe creative suite specifically InDesign and Illustrator to support graphic design and collateral creation
- Research and analytical abilities to conduct competitive audits and able to synthesize data into clear recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals including the content funnel, audience targeting, and messaging strategy
