Position Overview: As the Social Media and Special Events Manager at Campsite Brewing Company, you will be a key contributor to our marketing and events strategy. This role involves managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and coordinating special events to enhance the overall customer experience and strengthen our community connections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and industry news to inform content creation.
Content Creation:
Generate creative and engaging content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials in coherence with brand standards, marketing strategy, and company objectives.
Capture and edit photos and videos to showcase the Campsite Brewing Company experience from a variety of angles while sharing a diversity of narratives.
Use language and content that are inclusive, allowing the messaging to be accessible to a diverse audience with various abilities.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute special events, including holidays, ticketed events, and community engagement activities.
Utilize a variety of event planning software programs such as Eventbrite to streamline and increase event efficacy and guest experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from concept to post-event evaluation.
Nurture relationships with the community to drive event participation and enhance brand loyalty.
Marketing Support & Community Engagement:
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Actively engage with the online community, including beer enthusiasts, local businesses, and influencers.
Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Curate and manage Campsite Brewing Company newsletter strategy and mail-blasts including content, verbiage, and any relevant software integrations.
Support Ownership and Leadership in all Campsite Brewing Company marketing initiatives including but not limited to press and print inquiries through communications and coordination.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.
Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and event attendance for management review.
Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize social media and event strategies.
Curate and distribute event feedback surveys and utilized findings to improve the overall program.
