As a Digital Marketing Specialist at the Daily Caller, you will impact many facets of the company’s digital strategy at every level of the funnel. From copywriting to media buying and landing page/website optimization we need someone who is hungry, willing to learn and is comfortable wearing a number of hats.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize landing pages to drive subscriptions to our premium content
- Write copy for multiple applications including emails, landing pages, Facebook ads, etc.
- Design and deploy email marketing campaigns
- Design and optimize website experiences including popups, newsletter widgets, content suggestions and paywalls
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and assets for marketing projects
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Copywriting experience
- Basic graphic design skills
- Adept proofreading and grammar skills
- Familiarity with the political climate and conservitive news media
- Competent with Google suite (docs, sheets, etc).
Preferred Experience:
- Media buying on Facebook, Google PPC, etc
- Experience using drag-and-drop email software
- Experience building landing pages in drag-and-drop software like Clickfunnels
