The Marketing and Operations Coordinator position is a vital part of the Defend Systems team, providing administrative and marketing support to ensure the success of future and current growth. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing, client management systems, social media, and sales. The Marketing and Operations Coordinator will help on a number of projects and report to the Director of Training and Operations. The position is mostly remote, with minimal travel requirements. Salary range is $48,000 to $60,000 based on merit and experience.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
§ Creating and sending the company newsletter on a monthly basis.
§ Assisting with the design and implementation of new marketing strategies.
§ Reviewing and reporting the progress and success of marketing campaigns.
§ Maintain our client management system.
§ Accurately update/record client contact information.
§ Collaborate with internal teams.
§ Manage all Defend Systems social media posts on a daily basis.
§ Use social media marketing tools to maintain the Defend Systems brand.
§ Content creation.
§ Aiding with follower growth through key performance indicators.
§ Provide general administrative support to the DS team.
§ Assist the Director of Training and Operations with scheduling and calendar management.
§ Perform other duties as assigned.
