Marketing Manager - Bennett Awards (On-site/Hybrid)

We also offer a work environment that champions an excellent work/life balance — Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm, with Fridays off.
Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will help manage the evolution of our marketing strategy, seamlessly integrating innovative projects to elevate Bennett Awards' brand. Your impact will extend to driving brand awareness, optimizing SEO strategies, and playing a pivotal role in our overall growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling marketing materials for Website, Email Newsletter, and Social Media platforms (Squarespace, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, FB, LinkedIn).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize on-page & off-page SEO, enhancing website and content performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to continually integrate CRM (Copper) & Pipeline data with Google Ads.
- Implement strategies to enhance conversions on the Awardology website.
- Work collaboratively to create and drive traffic to engaging Bennett Awards-related videos (YouTube, social media, website).
- Assist in the seamless integration of AI into marketing and sales activities.
- Develop and implement outbound marketing programs, leveraging AI for warm, dormant, and
- cold leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media dynamics, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking ability.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
Compensation:
The offered compensation for this position is $22/hour. Following a three-month probationary period, employees become eligible for paid vacation (PTO) and can participate in the company's profit-sharing program. Additionally, there is an option for a work-from-home day on Wednesdays.
