The Nery Corporation is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in New Bedford, MA.
This role supports multiple divisions — Coastal Realty, Coastal Commercial Real Estate, and Coastal Business Brokers — and plays a key part in how our brand shows up across digital, print, and client-facing channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute daily social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
• Schedule and monitor posts using Buffer and Meta Business Suite
• Design marketing materials, listing graphics, and campaign assets in Canva
• Produce and distribute a monthly commercial real estate newsletter
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including Just Sold mailers and targeted outreach lists
• Assist with drafting and distributing press releases and company announcements
• Pull and organize commercial real estate data from MLS and CoStar
• Manage email marketing campaigns and subscriber lists through Constant Contact
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
• Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Professional, polished written and verbal communication skills
• Background in marketing, communications, or real estate is a plus
Ability to commute on-site Mon - Fri required.
