The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for planning and implementing Quest CE’s content marketing strategy, directly impacting our growth metrics. Additional tasks include reporting on market trends and competitor data, assisting in the distribution of written and visual corporate communications and aiding in the development of Quest CE digital marketing initiatives. This position requires a high level of originality with focus on solidifying the Quest CE brand. The ideal candidate must be a team player who understands the importance of strong communication skills and adhering to strict deadlines.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proof copy for marketing communications such as digital content, advertising, printed collateral, webinar presentations, proposals, emails, and press releases.
- Research topics that are timely and relevant to Quest CE clients and prospects for redistribution on social channels and/or within white-papers and the monthly Compliance Digest newsletter.
- Assist in delivering and analyzing paid/organic advertising content for Quest CE’s LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook accounts and provide B2B LinkedIn best practice tips for new hires.
- Research, collect and maintain competitor reports including product announcements, social media rankings, and website modifications and prepare a monthly report of all findings for Senior Management.
- Research and apply SEO and Digital marketing tactics.
- Audit and adjust the corporate website and product data sheets, as directed.
- Consolidate corporate benefits, culture and supporting documentation/imagery for annual award submissions.
- Responsible for shipping new client welcome kits using contacts provided through CRM.
- Assist with Quest CE’s tradeshow and conference appearances, to include organizing the front-end and back-end of Quest CE’s attendance at professional conferences, completing and submitting applications, coordinating the shipments of Quest CE’s show booth and collateral material, etc.
- Create and publish Quest CE’s monthly internal employee newsletter with input from Senior Management.
- Work directly with the Senior Multimedia/Graphic Designer to move digital and print projects through design iterations and approval processes. Traffic final assets to print or third-party vendors, if/when required.
- Seek out volunteer opportunities for Quest CE and organize and promote the volunteer offerings for all team members and develop and maintain a strong business relationship with community members and the press to promote the Quest CE brand.
Required Skills – Education – Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, customer-service oriented, and creativity in problem solving required
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Ability to prepare presentations, product summaries, and other relevant documents
