Job Description:
Lead internal marketing efforts and build the Roux brand in the marketplace. In this role, you will develop and execute multi-platform content strategies that promote our agency, demonstrate our value, generate awareness and consideration, and create business development opportunities. You will transform client work and internal expertise into compelling marketing stories while managing content production across social media, website, email, video, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly content strategies that position Roux Advertising effectively in the market, including anchor themes, concept development, and multi-platform execution
- Transform client work and agency operations into compelling marketing content, across social media, newsletters, case studies, blog posts, lead magnets, and website
- Coordinate and manage monthly video shoots (series and/or solo content) to generate awareness, spark interest, and encourage action for inbound leads and hiring.
- Manage content production workflows, including briefing designers and videographers, coordinating revisions, and maintaining quality control.
- Monitor and grow social media presence, grow follower and impression across all platforms annually.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategy and improve engagement.
- Manage website updates, newsletter distribution, and marketing technology tools including HubSpot, WordPress, and social scheduling platforms.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 4+ years of successfully creating and executing multi-platform content strategies that promote a brand, demonstrate value, generate awareness and interest, and produce audience engagement and business development opportunities.
- Proven experience working across social media, website, email, and video to develop compelling narratives that position organizations effectively in their markets.
- Track record of creating consistent publishing cadence while maintaining brand quality standards and managing relationships with creative partners (designers, videographers, freelancers).
- Experience within marketing agencies, professional services firms, or in-house marketing teams serving B2B audiences.
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to write compelling copy for social posts, case studies, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Proficiency with website CMS (WordPress, etc.), email platforms (HubSpot), social scheduling tools, and relevant martech and AI tools.
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms including best practices, algorithms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and keep production moving.
- Proficiency in creating basic graphics and social assets (Canva, Adobe Express) combined with solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, brand consistency).
