Position Summary
AIR Asset Management seeks an organized, detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Intern to support the Marketing and Investor Relations teams. This entry-level internship is approximately 2/3 marketing and 1/3 operations, combining creative content work, campaign execution, and hands-on operational/data management to improve investor record accuracy and communications effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Support development and production of marketing materials: investor presentations, one‑pagers, fact sheets, newsletter content, social posts, video assets, and website content.
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web, search, events); coordinate creative assets, schedules, and vendor communications.
- Monitor campaign and content performance (Google Analytics, email metrics, social analytics); prepare recurring and ad hoc performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support webinar/video logistics and event coordination (scheduling, registration, promotional assets, post‑event follow-up).
- Maintain marketing asset library and ensure brand and disclosure compliance across materials and channels.
Operations:
- Assist with organizing, migrating, and indexing historical investor documents into a centralized repository; review and remediate legacy and duplicate files.
- Support audit and compliance readiness by verifying completeness of required investor documentation and updating internal trackers.
- Maintain and reconcile internal tracking systems by cross-referencing data sources; identify and document data gaps or discrepancies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline document workflows and increase data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (marketing, communications, finance, business, or related field) or recent graduate seeking internship experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe) preferred.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and following compliance/disclosure requirements.
