About The Role
We are searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to serve as the primary owner of all marketing activities promoting Constellation across a range of channels. This person will be the steward of the Constellation brand and will manage external and internal communications such as social media (paid and organic), email campaigns, website content such as landing pages and blog copy, paid search, tradeshows and events, and more. The function of this role is to assist the sales team in driving leads, enhance Constellation’s public profile, and attract quality candidates to apply.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop an overarching communication strategy for the firm, help project manage its execution, coordinate associated budgets and track KPIs
- Concept and create (or oversee the creation of) social media content for use in paid and organic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Plan, manage, and coordinate a calendar of events, editorial calendar, & sponsorships
- Plan, write, and copy edit written content for distribution across the firm’s various marketing channels
- Retrieving and maintaining event contacts and event contact integrity in HubSpot. Contact clean up of current event contact lists.
- Verticalizing marketing messaging by vertical, working with Rev Ops to create email lists, keeping up contact integrity
- Owning company internal newsletter that also goes to investor contacts; ideation, creation and sending weekly email stats to Diana (takes up to 20-30% of time each week)
- Website management
- Managing the PR firm. Beyond that, it includes writing, editing and creating press posts in the voice of our CEO and CPO
- Co-managing Liz Elting
- Working with People team on employee branding and internal events
- Benchmarking Marketing goals and KPIs
- Creating process around reach out and follow-ups on all marketing activities including events and inbound email program with rev ops and lead generation team
- Evaluating CRM and marketing automation software with rev ops team
- Project Management: Manage contractors and creative service vendors to deliver on a broad portfolio of marketing initiatives. Own the marketing calendar and define the cadence, formats and OKRs for all events and brand activations.
- New messaging by vertical for separate vertical micro-sites
- Mapping customer journey and adding forms to website so we can follow the journey and follow-up as needed
- Creating a marketing budget and managing said budget
- Assist with other firm or client projects as needed
Job Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing in an agency, brand, or production capacity
- Creative abilities to concept campaign and execution ideas across channels
- Exceptional written communication abilities (with writing samples to share)
- Eye for design in order to ensure we uphold a cohesive brand look and feel across channels
- Desire to wear many hats, work with many different teams and functions, and work in a fast-paced tech startup environment
- Proficiency in Mac computers, Office suite and Keynote required. Adobe suite, Facebook and Google ads, and Google Analytics experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Writing, Business, or related field

Compensation Package
The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits.
New York Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000
