Temporary marketing generalist role supporting iBase-t’s cross-functional marketing team across content, digital, product, and events. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy who thrives in a collaborative B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Campaign Execution
- Draft, edit, and proof content for email, web, social, and print
- Build and schedule email/newsletter content in HubSpot
- Repurpose content for various formats and audiences
- Assist with press releases, blog content, and internal comms
Social & Web Management
- Own daily posting and interaction across social channels
- Track engagement and provide monthly reporting
- Update website pages in WordPress
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and visuals
Project Coordination
- Help prioritize and track all marketing project timelines
- Coordinate input and approvals from multiple departments
- Act as internal traffic manager for content, design, and events
Events Support
- Assist in prep and content coordination for Excelerate, clients annual user conference
- Support comms and content development with internal SMEs and external speakers
Coordinate presentation delivery, QA, and headshot/bio collection
