• Assist with the creation and distribution of change‑management communications related to our transition from Infor to Dayforce, including a biweekly newsletter.
• Help maintain project documentation, FAQs, job aids, and user guides as updates occur during the implementation cycle.
• Test new Hub features and Dayforce functionality from an end‑user perspective and provide feedback to the project team.
• Support general HR project tasks and administrative needs as assigned.
What You Bring
• Interest in HR, HR Technology, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong creativity paired with analytical and technical thinking.
• Comfort learning new systems and tools; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus but not required.
• Strong writing and visual‑design instincts, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving implementation environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
