Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Marketer who understands that impactful LinkedIn content is more than just regular posting.
The ideal candidate should be able to identify meaningful ideas, understand business context, and convert insights into engaging professional content. This role combines research, content strategy, audience psychology, brand positioning, and creative thinking.
The person should be capable of understanding business and industry topics, identifying strong LinkedIn content angles, writing independently, and ensuring the final output is polished and relevant before publishing.
This is not a basic posting or scheduling role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically about content quality, positioning, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Research industry trends, market updates, competitor content, reports, and LinkedIn conversations.
- Identify strong content opportunities for LinkedIn marketing, executive branding, and thought leadership.
- Understand the context behind topics before converting them into content.
- Write LinkedIn posts, captions, carousel concepts, newsletter drafts, and short-form professional content independently.
- Convert rough business inputs into clear content structures for posts, campaigns, carousels, and infographics.
- Create content calendars aligned with audience interests, business priorities, and brand positioning.
- Prepare clear briefs for creatives, carousels, infographics, and campaign assets.
- Review content for clarity, structure, readability, visual hierarchy, and message strength.
- Improve weak ideas, generic messaging, and unclear content flow.
- Track LinkedIn trends, engagement patterns, and professional audience behavior.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and convert them into strong social media communication.
- The role may gradually expand to include content and marketing initiatives across platforms such as Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube, and other social channels.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong research and analytical thinking skills.
- Understanding of business, technology, marketing, and industry-related topics.
- Good understanding of audience psychology, branding, and LinkedIn content behavior.
- Strong judgment of what makes content credible, engaging, and professionally relevant.
- Understanding of hooks, storytelling, readability, structure, and presentation.
- Ability to write independently with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to identify weak content ideas and improve them.
- Comfortable with feedback, rewriting, restructuring, and refinement.
- MBA in Marketing/ Mass Communications is preferred.
