Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in the Greater Houston area, with some remote work opportunities. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating revenue growth, and representing the company in the construction industry. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting sales targets.

- Proficient in conducting market research and developing sales strategies
- Experience with CRM tools, lead management, and sales pipeline tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using digital sales and marketing tools

- Understanding of the construction or commercial contracting industry is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
