ABOUT CASSIDY
Cassidy is an AI automation platform that lets businesses build AI agents and workflows grounded in their own knowledge and data. Teams across sales, support, marketing, and operations use Cassidy to automate complex, high-judgment work.
We recently rebranded and have been investing heavily in brand and content to truly represent our enterprise focus, our attention to quality and detail, and the level of product we've built. Now, we're looking for the person to help translate that vision in practice through content, channels, and creative work that reflects who Cassidy is.
THE ROLE
We're looking for the person who helps bring us into the next level of marketing. That might mean making the case for a digital campaign, a video series, or something we haven't thought of yet. You'll have real creative input and help build a team to make it happen.
You'll work directly with Justin Fineberg, our CEO, who has built an audience of 250,000+ followers. You'll have real visibility into how a fast-growing AI company operates and a direct hand in telling that story publicly.
This role is a good fit if you care about craft, take pride in the details, and want to do some of your best work on a brand that's worth getting behind.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Video Content, End to End
Concept, script, shoot, edit, publish. You'll produce video across formats — short-form social, product explainers, thought leadership clips, long-form series — and have full creative control over the process.
Social Presence
Run Cassidy's presence on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll develop original content for each with a clear voice and consistent cadence — not just repurposing what exists, but creating things worth stopping for.
Founder Content and CEO Partnership
You'll work closely with Justin on his personal content — helping translate his thinking into posts, videos, and stories that land with an audience of 250k+. You'll see how this company operates in real time, and you'll help shape how that story gets told publicly.
Brand Campaigns
Thoughtful digital campaigns that make a real impact. We're entering that phase as a company and it's an exciting time to be part of bringing it to life.
Newsletter and Written Content
Long-form posts, product launches, campaign copy, newsletter. You write well and you know the difference between content that informs and content that converts.

→ You're genuinely interested in AI, not just as a subject to write about but as a space you want to help define.
WHY THIS ROLE
This is one of the most visible roles we're hiring for. You'll be working on content that a lot of people see, alongside a CEO who has already built a significant audience. The work won't sit in a backlog.
We have a strong foundation and we're building the team around this in a serious way. The person who comes in now gets to help shape the direction, be the creative voice behind how Cassidy shows up, and grow alongside the investment we're making.
