The role
As our Senior Marketing Manager you will be at the heart of a major four-year national behavior change campaign (2026–2030) aimed at preventing wasted food in households across the United States. You'll sit within WRAP Americas, reporting to the Senior Campaign Director, and act as the central connector between campaign agencies, coalition partners, and community-level organizations - making sure every channel, message, and partner is pulling in the same direction. This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity, loves building relationships, and can hold the big picture in mind while getting things done day to day.
You Will
- Serve as the primary coordination point for the national marketing plan, liaising between national and local partners to ensure consistent implementation across all channels and touchpoints
- Manage day-to-day relationships with the social media and social marketing agencies, overseeing deliverables, approvals, timelines, creative brief development, and on-brand asset production
- Bridge national campaign strategy and local implementation, supporting sub-awardees in deploying and adapting interventions, tools, and campaign materials while maintaining behavioral integrity and national consistency
- Oversee production of accessible, culturally relevant campaign materials; lead email marketing and newsletter strategy; manage website updates; and develop partner materials including preparing spokespeople for media appearances and conferences
- Synthesize data and insights across agency partners to report progress to funders and coalition members, and analyze audience response data to inform messaging and content refresh throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Coordinate national promotions and events, and support crisis communications as needed
What are we looking for?
You Will Bring
- Proven experience leading national behavior change or public engagement marketing campaigns, with a track record of driving measurable audience action at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple external agencies and partners simultaneously, keeping creative output, approvals, and timelines aligned across complex, multi-workstream environments.
- Hands-on experience across digital marketing execution — including email marketing, and content production — with the ability to make straightforward edits to campaign materials without relying on agency support for every change.
- Experience synthesizing campaign data and performance insights across multiple channels to inform strategy, optimize messaging, and report progress to senior stakeholders or funders.
