Human Resources Coordinator, you’re not just providing support to all department managers – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
You are expected to perform the following essential job duties:
- Create Monthly Calendar, Event BEO and flyers; as well as maintain information on the board up to date
- Prepare Birthday cards, monthly presentations
- Compile award nominations
- Prepare, distribute and collect Monthly Training Topics, Safe Hands, MIPP, Emergency Topics, etc.
- Create Termination Log
- Organize and maintain I-9 active and term binders
- Create all team member event picture collages and monthly newsletter
- Send out weekly updates on Stay Experience
- Track all incentive payouts
- Prepare meeting agenda and post meeting minutes
- Organize roundtables each month
- Maintain all team member records and files up to date
- Perform all payroll duties for bi-weekly transmission and complete payroll reconciliations
- Attend daily stand ups
- Conduct all hourly new hire onboarding paperwork
- Track all team member trainings, run reports and send regular reminders for completion
- Organize department appreciation week
- Update and send out hotel’s phone directory
- Keep track of sick leave, disciplinary actions, terminations
- Assist in preparation for an audit
- Listen and respond to team member inquiries
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
