Role Description The Senior AI & Technical Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. In this role, you will analyze client systems and workflows to identify opportunities to apply AI and automation, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. You will conduct detailed technical analyses of data, models, and integrations, then document findings and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Day to day, you will provide advanced technical support, diagnose complex issues, and troubleshoot AI and software solutions in collaboration with engineering and product teams. You will prepare reports, create dashboards, and communicate insights clearly, while contributing to best practices, playbooks, and internal knowledge sharing to improve how AI solutions are deployed and supported.
Qualifications
- Strong technical analysis and analytical skills to evaluate systems, data flows, and AI solution performance.
- Hands-on experience with technical support and troubleshooting in complex, multi-system environments.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with AI, data analytics, or automation tools (e.g., machine learning platforms, BI tools, API, Claude, Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Claude Managed Agents) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming (such as Python or SQL) and comfort working with data is a plus.
- Experience in client-facing roles, consulting, or solution delivery within technology or AI-driven projects is advantageous.
