Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented
Marketing Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. In this role, you won't just create beautiful visuals—you will design assets that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of how design influences consumer behavior. You will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into high-performing visual assets across our digital and print channels, including email campaigns, website graphics, paid media ads, and collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising: Design high-converting visual assets for paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and display ads (Google Display Network), ensuring a strong grasp of direct-response design principles.
- Email Marketing: Create visually compelling and mobile-optimized graphics and layouts for marketing emails, newsletter templates, and automated flows.
- Website & Digital Infrastructure: Design landing page elements, website banners, product graphics, and promotional assets that enhance user experience (UX) and maintain brand consistency.
- Brand Collateral: Develop print and digital materials as needed, such as pitch decks, event signage, sales one-sheets, and multi-page guides.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing managers, and content strategists to brainstorm concepts, interpret creative briefs, and align visual narratives with campaign goals.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Review performance metrics on your designs (e.g., click-through rates, conversions) and actively iterate or A/B test visual layouts to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an in-house marketing team or a creative agency.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of marketing-driven design (must show examples of ads, emails, and web assets that clearly highlight hierarchy and call-to-action placement).
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong working knowledge of Figma or Sketch for digital/web layouts is highly preferred.
- Marketing Mindset: A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, such as conversion rate optimization (CRO), brand positioning, visual hierarchy, and consumer psychology.
- Efficiency & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining strict file organization and attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to clearly articulate the strategic "why" behind your design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
Benefits & Perks
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
- 401(k) matching program
- Opportunities for professional development and creative growth
- Collaborative and vibrant in-office team environment
