🌟 What You’ll Do
- Lead the paid and organic social media strategy for ISDIN USA across owned channels: Meta, TikTok, website, app, etc.
- Translate the Brand Strategy into the Social Media and Digital Content plan, aligned with each ISDIN brand’s marketing leader.Â
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand priorities, cultural moments and consumer trends.
- Balance content creation between locally developed assets (via Canva, Omi, or preferred tools), agency created content, corporate-provided materials, etc. ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
- Generate and edit engaging multimedia content (posts, stories, reels, videos) to drive reach, engagement, and community growth.
- Oversee content for Consumer-facing CRM (emails, newsletters) to maintain engagement with current ISDIN Lovers (i.e. community members/brand followers/subscribed to our newsletter)
- Optimize content for each channel’s format, audience, and best practices.
- Attend events and provide live coverage + post-produced assets
- Actively listen to consumers on social platforms, identifying opportunities to join conversations and elevate brand voice.
- Monitor brand mentions, user-generated content, and relevant industry conversations; strategically repost or reshare content.
- Manage and grow the Love ISDIN community by developing a robust engagement and content strategy.
- Interact with consumers in an authentic, brand-aligned voice to foster loyalty and trust.
đź’Ľ What We Are Looking For
Someone with a proven track record in influencer marketing, community management, or social media strategy (beauty, skincare, or wellness experience is a major plus!). Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to nurture relationships with creators, external agencies, and internal global teams. Comfortable diving into social analytics and CRM data to translate numbers into actionable strategies. Deep passion for the digital landscape and an intuitive understanding of what makes content perform organically.
🎓 What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Education & Core Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar relevant field.
Experience & Proven Track Record
- 7-10 years of experience in social media strategy creation and execution, digital content creation inclusive of paid and organic, and community management, predominantly in skincare and beauty, or in other highly social-first categories (e.g., fashion or lifestyle brands) where cultural moments and social relevance drive engagement.
- Experience with social listening and community engagement best practices — whether using dedicated tools or through hands-on monitoring of conversations, trends, and consumer feedback to understand how people are talking about the brand.
Skills & Key Competencies
- Content creation tools (Canva, Omi, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Familiarity with influencer programs and relationship management, and working with agencies on managing influencers and content creation.
- Strong understanding of cultural trends, holidays, and social moments relevant to U.S. consumers.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content in a consistent brand voice.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
