- Guaranteed 20–30 hrs/week, flexing up to 40 during our busy season (March–July)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who matches our work ethic and leads the execution of our marketing initiatives with urgency, proactiveness, and strategic thinking.

What You'll Do
Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Own the monthly team newsletter and individual broker newsletters, start to finish
- Pull current market data into the mix so every send feels timely, not templated
- Write clean, light copy and build graphics in InDesign
- Stay on top of, follow & research current RE marketing trends
- Creatively educate, support, and keep in touch with our clients
- Share weekly what's working, what’s not, and next steps
Client & Listing Marketing
- Build seller reports that tell the real story behind our brokers' marketing, not just the numbers
- Curate brochures and print collateral that make every listing (approximately 2–12 a month) look as good as it deserves
- Double-check the quality of the material before sending it to clients
- Keep our website current, accurate, and on-brand
General Marketing Support
- Keep our branding consistent everywhere it shows up
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines across the team; you're the one keeping the train on schedule
- Clean up and maintain our mailing lists
- Bring & execute the ideas: quarterly market updates, low-dollar/high-impact networking events, client get-togethers, market booths, holiday vendor partnerships, the occasional well-timed giveaway, etc.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Real marketing experience; real estate marketing experience is a strong plus
- Solid Canva or Adobe InDesign skills (bonus for familiarity with other design tools)
- Sharp writing and editing that doesn't require multiple proofreading and rewrites
- Bonus points: real estate assistant background, & sharp instincts for the Denver market
