SAP has over 21,000 current B2B enterprise technology Partner companies which are the target market for the Director Partner Marketing role. Key roles that the Director focuses on in these marketing teams include the CMO, Lead Generation Marketing, Content Marketing, Event Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing and Advertising.
SAPinsider was founded in 2001 and is owned by privately-held WIS Publishing.
The Role:
The Director, Lead Generation Marketing, is a proven B2B content and lead generation marketer with strong skills in driving content conversions into qualified leads. The Director focuses on engaging all of the marketing team roles and functions at the Top 1,000 SAP vendor partners.
The Director, Lead Generation Marketing will leverage a strong background in cutting-edge marketing practices to enhance vendor company engagement and re-engage where appropriate. He/she will implement an “I own the Vendor audience” mindset as they acquire new vendor clients and introduce them to the online content and convert them to registered users with the eventual goal of conversion to paid clients.
The Director is self-motivated, always puts the SAPinsider vendor community first and is driven for high performance for the company.
The Director reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Specific Responsibilities include
· Grow vendor client revenue through compelling marketing campaigns.
· Increase share of wallet in existing vendor clients.
· Build integrated campaigns focused on each marketing function across the Top 1,000 SAP partner vendor companies in North America and EMEA.
· Create awareness for SAPinsider and our ACE marketing services across the marketing teams at all Top 1,000 SAP Partners for SAPinsider.
· Conducts weekly marketing campaigns targeted at client growth and new logo acquisition.
· Partners closely with our content and design teams to create visually appealing email templates as well as written content that is unified and targets high open and click through rates.
· Grows and strengthens our digital marketing presence across the Top 1,000 SAP Partner prospects for all SAPinsider events on social media channels, developing relevant content and managing each site to ensure timely updates for all event information.
· Conducts social media retargeting campaigns to engage all marketing roles and functions across the Top 1,000 SAP partner companies.
· Builds and manages the vendor website pages showcasing SAPinsider ACE services, marketing client testimonials and marketing best practices.
· Publishes a monthly SAPinsider Marketing Newsletter showcasing best practices, KPIs, client success stories and infographics targeted at driving vendor engagement across all marketing functions.
· Publishes weekly to the SAPinsider blog on marketing best practices, KPIs, success stories and lessons learned.
· Designs, manages and distributes all ACE (awareness, consideration, engagement) services marketing materials for sales team leverage and website access.
· Designs, manages and distributes the SAPinsider Media Guide.
Professional Qualifications:
· Keen understanding of B2B enterprise technology marketing functions.
· Proven lead generation marketing experience.
· Experience building and deploying targeted Marketing Persona role-based campaigns to drive increased awareness, engagement, and conversions.
· Proven experience with managing email and newsletter campaigns to drive audience engagement and subscriber registrations.
· Direct experience with opt-in registration-based subscriber marketing campaigns.
· Hands on experience with email management and marketing automation software platforms with a strong preference for HubSpot certified.
· Direct experience with WordPress CMS.
· Knowledge of SFDC.
· Knowledge of current social media platforms, especially Linked In, and digital marketing channels to drive audience acquisition and awareness.
Compensation
The Director, Lead Generation Marketing enjoys a competitive base salary and annual bonus plan with a total annual compensation of $150,000 expected in year 1. In addition, the role participates in all SAPinsider employee benefit programs including unlimited paid vacation, 401K with company match, life insurance and full healthcare and dental benefits coverage.
