We're growing fast and looking for a marketing assistant to help amplify our brand, support our recruiters, and keep our content engine running.
Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented, creative Part-Time Marketing Assistant (approximately 20 hours/week) to support our marketing and business development efforts. This is a great fit for a student, recent grad, or experienced marketer looking for flexible hours. Hybrid or in-office in the Greenville area preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other social channels, including recruiter spotlights, job highlights, and company news
- Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools (candidate spotlights, "top biller" features, event promos)
- Help build and send our email newsletter and outreach campaigns
- Support website updates, basic SEO tasks, and blog content formatting
- Maintain the content calendar and keep campaigns on schedule
- Assist with organizing marketing assets, tracking engagement metrics, and light reporting
- Provide general marketing support to recruiters and partners as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of marketing, social media, or communications experience (internship experience counts)
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Comfort with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, and email platforms; willingness to learn new software
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Interest in recruiting, staffing, or B2B marketing is a plus
