McConnell Marketing is hiring! We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to join our team of hospitality, tourism, and business marketing professionals.
Founded in 1991, McConnell Marketing partners with hotels, destinations, and local businesses to build lasting connections through storytelling, design, and measurable digital strategies. ABOUT THE ROLE // We're looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excited to work across a variety of brands and industries. This position will support both our agency and client work through a mix of:
• Social media graphics and short-form video creation
• Email newsletter design and production
• Collaboration with team members on campaigns and creative projects
• Maintaining brand consistency across multiple client accounts
• Photography skills are a plus
DETAILS // Part-time (up to 30 hours per week to start) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position; In-office environment; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required; Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus.
