Global bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to build, test, and deploy digital customer messaging across web and mobile channels. This role partners with internal stakeholders to execute targeted campaigns, troubleshoot messaging functionality, and ensure accurate, timely delivery in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and release digital messages within web and mobile banking platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to develop messaging aligned with business objectives.
- Create audience targeting and validate message delivery logic.
- Use API tools (Insomnia GET/POST requests) to test and troubleshoot campaigns.
- Test messaging across browsers, iOS (Xcode), and Android environments.
- Communicate project status and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze data from Tableau, Splunk, and other reporting tools.
- Support process improvements and adhere to established workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital messaging or web content experience.
- 1+ year using macOS.
- Experience with content management systems and Google Workspace.
- Strong client service, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Technical aptitude for testing, troubleshooting, and working with APIs.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
