The Marketing Communications Manager develops and executes the firm's internal and external communications strategy to enhance brand visibility, thought leadership, and attorney engagement. This role creates and manages content across multiple channels—including press releases, blogs, newsletters, social media, the website, and advertising—while partnering with attorneys to showcase their expertise. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, strategic communicator, and proactive collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- :Develop and distribute press releases and other communications highlighting firm news, achievements, and attorney successes
- .Monitor legal, business, and industry news to identify media opportunities and support attorney thought leadership
- .Manage and edit content for the firm's website, social media platforms, and attorney profiles to ensure consistent messaging
- .Coordinate the production and distribution of external blogs and newsletters across multiple practice groups
- .Create and distribute internal communications, including the firmwide newsletter and announcements related to events, awards, and conferences
- .Develop engaging content for firm news, awards, speaking engagements, case highlights, and other marketing initiatives
- .Coordinate attorney award and ranking submissions, including collaboration on Chambers USA and other key directories
