ABOUT US
Conrad, Inc. is an established cybersecurity consulting firm providing threat intelligence that helps protect the critical infrastructure underpinning the global economy. At the intersection of cybersecurity and operations, our insights inform the decisions of government and industry leaders.
We manage the daily operations and intelligence functions for the IT-ISAC and the Food and Ag-ISAC. Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs) are sector-specific membership organizations that provide a trusted environment for member companies to share sensitive threat intelligence and collaborate to strengthen sector security. We're expanding the team that supports this work.
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Program Manager who can help bridge the worlds of threat intelligence, member programming, and operational excellence between two distinct organizations. This role will work closely with the Director of Threat Intelligence, Director of Membership, and leadership to keep the wheels moving, members engaged, and deliverables on track.
This catch-all role means no two days look the same and the right person will appreciate the variety and chance to wear many hats, so to speak. The individual will have enough cyber fluency to engage meaningfully with member security teams and enough operational discipline to keep complex, multi-stakeholder programs moving forward without losing a step.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Programs and Operations
- Lead the execution of partner program benefits, including but not limited to webinars, thought leadership pieces, website announcements, and more.
- As needed, support the planning and execution of ISAC lead webinars and member briefings.
- Work with the various special interest groups (SIGs) and the team lead to assist in developing group work products, such as one-pagers, thought leadership pieces, and best practices.
- Help manage the full lifecycle of ISAC programs from concept to delivery, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines intact. Whether it is a new type of newsletter or a new product for our members.
- Serve as a reliable operational backbone so the intelligence and membership teams can focus on what they do best, and our programs and projects don’t get left behind.
Intelligence and Membership
- Support the production and distribution of threat intelligence reports, briefings, and member-facing content.
- Work alongside the Director of Threat Intelligence and the analyst team to help translate complex findings into accessible, actionable member communications.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator to assist with coordinating and editing of major publications such as sector threat reports and ransomware analyses. Ensuring accurate information and overall consistency.
- Help connect member organizations to the right intelligence products, SIGs, and resources based on their sector and needs.
Cross-Sector and ISAC Initiatives
- Identify and build relationships with potential partner organizations, universities, or other trade associations that could help us share our public information while also increasing visibility.
- Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities across both ISACs and partner organizations.
- Support cross-ISAC initiatives and ensure consistency in how programs are delivered and communicated. Identify opportunities to collaborate with peer ISACs on joint analysis products or with partners on joint projects or initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Membership Coordinator on member-facing communications tied to programs and events
Reporting and Miscellaneous
- Maintain program documentation, calendars, and internal tracking across platforms, including Notion, HubSpot, and Google Suite.
- In conjunction with the Director of Membership, support reporting on program activity, member participation, and engagement metrics for Board members and leadership.
- Help ensure data integrity within the HubSpot CRM and other membership-based platforms.
- Ensure continuity of programs and partnerships are in place and upheld.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We don't expect you to check every box below. If you've got the foundation, the drive, and a track record of figuring things out, we want to hear from you. Here's what the ideal mix looks like:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in program management or operations roles.
- Experience within and/or understanding of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, critical infrastructure, etc.
- Enough cybersecurity fluency to hold your own in a conversation with an analyst or partner organization. We don’t expect you to be the most technical person in the room, but to understand what's being said.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. You have the ability to track the details without being asked and follow up without being reminded.
- Excellent written communication skills, including taking complex information and making it clear, concise, and useful.
- Strong proficiency in CRMs (HubSpot bonus!), Google Suite, Zoom, ZoomInfo, Notion, and Wix.
