About Signet
Signet is a boutique real estate and investment firm on the Monterey Peninsula. Our flagship is The Peacock — a mixed-use, quiet-luxury commercial property in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea. We’re launching a coordinated marketing effort across web, paid search, paid and organic social, direct email, and a new landlords’ association, and we need someone to make sure every piece actually gets done, on time.
About the Role
This is a project coordinator role, not a design role. You won’t be creating graphics — we supply those. Your job is to own the marketing rollout: keep the timeline moving, make sure each milestone is completed, coordinate the people and vendors doing the work, draft and route copy for approval, and keep me informed with clean, simple status updates.
You are organized to a fault, you follow through without being chased, and you’re comfortable using modern tools (including AI assistants) to move faster. If you like turning a plan into finished work and taking pride in nothing slipping through the cracks, this is for you.
What You’ll Own
You’ll oversee six marketing initiatives from kickoff through launch, each with its own set of milestones:
• Website — coordinate messaging, copy, and build steps through to launch
• Google Ads — eight audience-based campaigns, each with landing pages, A/B tests, and shared KPIs
• Social Ads — paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, mirroring the Google Ads structure
• Organic Social — LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram content calendar and posting
• The Peacock Mailer — a themed email sequence with defined cadence and triggers
• CCLA (Carmel Commercial Landlords Association) — a quarterly newsletter and outreach program
What You’ll Do
• Keep our project timeline / Gantt chart current — track every milestone, flag anything at risk of slipping, and drive it to done
• Draft and organize marketing copy and posting verbiage against pre-set themes and subject-line conventions
• Route drafts to me for approval and only publish once approved
• Coordinate outside vendors and contributors (web, ads, print) and hold them to deadlines
• Schedule and publish approved content across platforms; insert supplied graphics where needed
• Report progress in short, clear updates — no fluff
• Help stand up simple, repeatable workflows so this runs like a machine
Who You Are
• Exceptionally organized with a track record of managing projects and hitting deadlines
• A self-starter who follows through without supervision
• A strong writer — clean, on-brand marketing copy and professional communication
• Comfortable with project management and marketing tools (Gantt/timeline tools, email platforms, LinkedIn/Meta/Google Ads dashboards)
• Comfortable using AI tools to draft and coordinate work efficiently
• Detail-obsessed, discreet, and dependable
Nice to Have
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury/lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and basic KPIs (CTR, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS)
• Experience running or supporting email newsletter programs
• Exposure to EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) — Rocks, L10 meetings, IDS
