About Inner Mountain Foundation
Inner Mountain Foundation (IMF) is a global personal growth and leadership community inspired by Inner Mountain, the book by founder Diane Wang. We help individuals of all backgrounds rise together — through shared learning, community, and contemplative practice. IMF USA is in an exciting build phase: growing our Masterclass programs, cross-border cohorts, and in-person community across the United States.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing manager with a proven record of growing audiences and converting them into engaged community members. You'll own our social channels, email marketing, and marketing funnel end to end — from filming and editing content at live events to building automated nurture workflows. This is a builder's role: you'll see your work directly translate into community growth and program enrollment.
What You'll Own
Social Media Growth
- Publish 4–5 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Produce 1–2 YouTube videos and 3–5 Shorts per week
- Grow each platform to 1,000 followers near-term, on a path to 10,000
- Film and edit content at interviews, and live community events
Email Marketing & Automation
- Build and activate HubSpot behavioral nurture workflows and automated follow-up sequences
- Lift email click-through rates from the current 1.3–1.6% to the 2–3% industry benchmark
- Publish the weekly newsletter across owned channels, including LinkedIn
Community & Events Support
- Support weekly Zoom and Discord Masterclass community sessions
- Manage the IMF WhatsApp community daily
- Provide marketing and content support for monthly in-person community events
Website & Funnel Optimization
- Implement and maintain tracking (TikTok Pixel, HubSpot Pixel)
- Improve sign-up page conversion and remove funnel friction points
- Build and maintain the events page with programming through year end
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years in digital marketing or social media management with demonstrable audience growth results — you can show us accounts you've grown, with before/after numbers and live links
- A portfolio of short-form video content you've personally filmed and edited (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Hands-on experience building automated email workflows and nurture sequences on a major platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar) — HubSpot strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of pixel implementation and funnel analytics (Meta, TikTok, HubSpot)
- Experience managing online communities (WhatsApp, Discord, or similar) with consistent daily engagement
- Excellent written English; native or fully professional fluency (English is the primary working language)
- Self-directed and reliable — able to run a weekly content calendar without day-to-day oversight
Preferred
- Mandarin proficiency (we run cross-border US–China programming)
- Experience marketing in the wellness, personal development, education, or coaching space
- Familiarity with event marketing and on-site content capture
