About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join a high-impact Marketing Optimization team focused on transforming data, experimentation insights, and strategic initiatives into clear, engaging, and actionable communications. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, marketing, creativity, and business strategy. You'll collaborate with data analysts, marketers, designers, product partners, and leadership teams to help communicate key learnings, tell compelling stories with data, and drive informed decision-making across the organization. If you're passionate about simplifying complex concepts, creating high-quality content, and influencing business outcomes through effective communication, this is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact while working with a collaborative and innovative team.
What You'll Do
Communicate Insights That Drive Action
- Partner with Data Scientists to understand test hypotheses, methodologies, and findings. Translate statistical results—including confidence intervals, p-values, and effect sizes—into clear narrative summaries and visual briefs that help stakeholders understand what was tested, what was learned, and what it means for marketing strategy.
- Develop and maintain a library of test result summaries, case studies, and insights that are accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create executive summaries, stakeholder presentations, and decision briefs that synthesize findings and drive confident decision-making across team leadership.
Create High-Impact Content
- Lead the development of newsletters, internal communications, case studies, best-practice guides, and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with Creatives and Product teams to develop content for presentation decks, campaign briefs, and internal comms that position this optimization work as a competitive advantage and center of excellence.
- Develop scalable content templates and frameworks (test result formats, newsletter templates, brief formats) that allow the program to scale to 150+ tests annually while maintaining consistent quality and voice.
Drive Documentation Standards & Program Enablement
- Create and maintain documentation, writing standards, style guides, and communication best practices.
- Work with the Program Manager and Data Scientists to develop intake materials, PRDs, and post-test documentation that clarify findings and decisions for future reference.
- Support the team's knowledge management efforts by organizing, structuring, and making insights discoverable across the program.
- Partner with leadership on process improvements and tooling enhancements that help the team communicate more effectively and scale program communications.
