Market launch focus | Hybrid in Bryn Mawr, PA | Part-time or full-time
About ArborvitaeArborvitae is building a modern platform for managing homeownership, renovation, and construction.
We bring projects, budgets, documents, home information, and collaboration into one thoughtful experience—helping homeowners stay organized, make better decisions, and care for their homes with greater confidence.
Arborvitae also helps homeowners work more effectively with the architects, designers, contractors, real estate professionals, and home-service providers involved in their homes.
As we welcome our first members, we are focused on creating a product and experience that feel polished, useful, and personal. We are looking for someone who can help bring that experience to life through trusted content, thoughtful onboarding, and high-touch engagement.
The RoleWe’re hiring a Content Marketing & Member Experience Associate to help shape how people discover, understand, and experience Arborvitae.
You’ll create useful homeowner content, support early members, improve onboarding, and contribute to our website, launch communications, events, and brand storytelling. You’ll also help build thoughtful relationships with the professionals and firms that serve homeowners.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that early-stage marketing is not only about reach; it is also about earning trust, listening closely, and turning what we learn into better content and experiences.
This is not primarily a social media, performance marketing, or sales role. We’re looking for a strong writer and highly organized generalist who can combine content, research, personalized engagement, industry fluency, and good judgment.
