The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective branding strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful branding campaigns. You know how to clarify a brand message and distribute it across various audiences. You are a strong communicator and comfortable with being the point of contact for multiple strategic partners. You can take initiative and run projects with varying levels of direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies, calendar, budget and assess ROI for key initiatives.
- Market research top targets in expansion markets. Create a tiered strategy for targets with suggestions on how to reach them and areas for growth over time.
- Lead events in tandem with sales/business development team to ensure consistency with branding and messaging.
- Present ideas for new partnerships with industry associations, industry magazines, etc.
- Oversee and manage all SilverLining (SL) marketing presentations media including website, social media, brochures, information packages, films, postcards, etc.
- Build and distribute monthly company newsletter in collaboration with HR.
- Develop and execute the firm’s annual practice growth plan with the help of senior leadership and individual business units.
- Serve as steward of SL Brand identity and mission across all divisions of SilverLining.
- Work with project management to identify photographs, stats, soundbites and other credentials that can be leveraged in sales, marketing and comms.
- Design and update of the external web site, social media, etc.
- Create brand guidelines, standard templates for use, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
