Do you have a passion for communications, marketing, digital marketing, and building a brand and culture we can be proud of? We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing & Communications team!
Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing & PR, in this role, you will have the opportunity to drive awareness of the tms brand and help shape our future, by communicating to key partners, employees, clients, future talent and new business prospects who we are and what we do.
You will be working closely with our Strategy team, Business leads, People leads, and partnering with Creative teams to deliver a range of marketing and communication activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Global Head of Marketing & PR and broader marketing team, to create strategic, fame-building and revenue driving marketing strategies. Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing the global content/marketing calendar with input from the global marketing team and key partners.
- Managing our digital marketing strategy, including developing, maintaining, and evolving our company website and social channels.
- Planning content to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, driving engagement and increasing brand awareness.
- Using data and analytics to test, analyze, and measure the performance of content and campaigns.
- Supporting our relationship with an external PR agency to ensure they deliver on KPIs.
- Assisting in developing our global awards program/calendar and related content and entries to raise profile and awareness of tms brand.
- Managing presence at internal and external brand building events.
- Handling our Marketing HubSpot CRM, including data input and email/newsletter development.
- Keeping up to date with new marketing trends and technologies.
- Supporting the development of marketing materials, creds, case studies, adverts etc.
- Ensuring that content consistently meets high standards and reflects the brand’s identity and values.
- Supervising our Marketing Coordinator and creative resources.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years in a B2B Marketing role within an agency or corporate environment.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude. Proactive with high levels of self-motivation and personal accountability, bringing enthusiasm and energy to team, peer group and tasks.
- Have experience working in a global or matrixed organization a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be a strong, natural writer, able to draft accurate and engaging copy with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising strategic communications and marketing strategies that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Digital prowess a background in and up-to-date knowledge of launching and managing successful websites and social platforms.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, ambiguity, stakeholder, and colleague expectations and deliver consistently high-quality outputs.
And we’d love you to…
- Experience in photo and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite/Figma or similar programs.
- SEO experience.
