As our inside salesperson you are responsible for providing an amazing customer experience for our clients that walk in, cold call, procure used furniture and keep our used furniture showroom organized. Primary Responsibilities Welcome and identify customer needs 30-50 warm calls per day using zoho system of existing clients (35% of time) Show used furniture showroom products to customers (20% of time) Organize used furniture showroom floor. Set up, staging, pricing product (20% of time) Procurement of used furniture (15% of time) Follow up with customers Process customer orders Schedule customer pickup/delivery Turn used clients that are interested in new furniture over to sales team.
