Next, we provide repair scopes and design documents to effectively restore buildings. Then, we provide bidding and pre-construction services, work closely with contractors, and provide contract administration to guide owners through the repair process. We collaborate. We laugh. We work hard everyday. Our ultimate goal is to bring help, hope and happiness to our clients that are facing financial burdens, safety concerns and the stress of living or working in buildings that need extensive repairs.
