Part-Time Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Lehi, Utah
Hybrid: Remote work with in office Friday
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. This part-time position requires the candidate to work in-office one day a week (Fridays), with the flexibility to complete tasks remotely for the remaining time. As a Junior Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand's vision to life across various platforms, ensuring our message resonates with our audience through compelling and innovative design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Graphics: Design engaging and eye-catching graphics that align with our brand's voice and message for various social media platforms.
- LeaderFactor Notes: Creatively convey key insights and information through visually appealing designs.
- Custom Podcast Thumbnails: Develop unique and attention-grabbing thumbnails for our podcasts to increase visibility and listener engagement.
- Custom Podcast Short Thumbnails: Create distinctive thumbnails for podcast shorts, enhancing our content's appeal on social media and other platforms.
- Newsletter Graphics: Design vibrant and informative graphics for our email newsletters to engage subscribers and convey our message effectively.
- Additional Design Support: Provide comprehensive design support across different projects, including website pages, slide decks, custom reports, sales assets, ebooks, and additional priorities as need.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite is a must.
- We primarily operate in Figma. You will need to be be willing to spend a lot of time designing and collaborating with others in Figma.
- Familiarity with Webflow, HubSpot, or Notion is a bonus.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, graphic design skills, and a strong understanding of branding.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to engage in cross-functional work.
- Openness to feedback and a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
