SENIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST
Our Client is a licensed and insured engineering contracting firm catering to Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Their expertise lies in providing comprehensive services for the restoration and maintenance of asphalt roadways and parking lots.
As a Marketing Specialist you will play a vital role in our continued success by executing the preparation and submission of bid proposals to secure new contracts and by creating marketing initiatives enhancing the visual appeal of marketing materials. This position requires strong design, coordination, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of marketing strategies and visual content creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by coordinating the implementation of visually engaging marketing initiatives.
Coordinate appropriate marketing material for client meetings, such as brochures, presentations, and booklets to support business development efforts.
Lead the entire RFQ/RFP solicitation process.
Read, review, analyze and interpret all requirements and objectives of solicitations.
Track leads of upcoming solicitations.
Write concise and compelling narratives in response to proposal requirements.
Ensure that all technical details, project scopes, pricing, and other relevant information are incorporated accurately.
Review and verify that all bid proposals adhere to the requirements outlined in the solicitation documents. Ensure compliance with government regulations, specific project guidelines, and any other relevant guidelines.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all visual materials.
Manage social media accounts and online presence, creating visually compelling posts and graphics.
Visit construction projects to capture videos and pictures throughout the process of each project.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s brand.
Update and maintain the company’s website
Coordinate with vendors orders of marketing materials such as project signage, employee’s shirts, hats, vest, vehicle’s logos, etc.
Coordinate project’s groundbreaking events.
Create and execute the quarterly internal Newsletter.
Assist in the coordination of other company events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing and/or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
Knowledge of construction industry HIGHLY preferred not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, or related creative programs is required.
Proficient editing pictures and videos is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive proposal content.
Attention to detail and creative thinking.
Ability to work independently and part of a collaborative team.
