WOULD BE PREFFERED IF THEY CAN OCCASIONALLY COME IN ONCE A MONTH OR WHEN NEEDED, NOT OFTEN.
Qualifications:
- Writing test and samples required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, English, Journalism, or Business Writing
- Proficient skills in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as working experience with internal communication.
- Drafts articles about TPX initiatives; may involve interviewing employees, documenting key events and projects.
- Drafts internal announcements relating to personnel changes, organization announcements, achievement of key business milestones, and other internal news.
- Uploads content to company intranet, using Sitecore.
- Prepares emails for mass distribution to employees within TPX using mass email tool.
- Assists in layout and distribution of monthly newsletter.
- Supports production of key internal communications related events (e.g., broadcasts, employee meetings, leadership meetings, etc.).
