Pay Range: $60/hr.

The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one?s time. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
5-7 years’ experience required.

Ability to prioritize and focus your efforts on the highest-impact opportunities and as directed by your manager.

Successful track record working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, across time zones, to drive member acquisition and success.
What you will do: Under the direction of the Director of Member Enrollment & Engagement, provide tactical execution of thoughtful marketing strategies that attract, motivate, and engage eligible members: Campaign management.
Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition & enrollment campaigns across multiple channels and target audiences including email marketing, paid social, Appsflyer ○ Project management. Respond to Asana tickets that ask for co-branding and other customizations in a timely manner.
Creative development. Brainstorm ideas and tactics to push member enrollment/engagement at a higher level.
Own brief writing and hand offs of final approvals. ○ Asset management. Maintain the enrollment library and ensure that content is constantly being refreshed.
Client enablement.
Own the client newsletter (monthly) to nurture client enablement efforts.
Assist User Growth.
Own paid media channels and assist with creative development, reporting, strategy roadmaps & organic growth tactics ○ Diligence in conducting meaningful and thorough review of work (e.g., content review).
Track and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure goals are met (enrollment and cost per install)
Provide collaboration across teams, especially Product, Client Success, Content & Design
Manage the member marketing style guidelines and ensure that content aligns, especially with the DEI&B aspects.
Manage vendors and contractors to complete work in the responsibilities section, including webinars and all paid media
What we require: Minimum 2 years of B2B and B2B2C healthcare marketing experience, preferably in digital healthcare.
Expert using digital marketing technologies including SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for sophisticated email journeys, SalesForce.com (SFDC)
Confident project management and prioritization skills with mastery of the details; you’re able to manage multiple projects at any given time and enjoy putting processes in place to work more efficiently with growth and scale. Bonus Points if you have
Preferred experience using Demand Base or other ABM solutions.
Prior experience using Eloqua.
