The Trade & Communications team is a cross-functional group overseeing industry partnerships and content marketing in support of the Paramount Advertising organization. We promote the Paramount portfolio by telling our story to our clients and advertising partners. Our team creates end-to-end experiences internally through various communication channels, and externally through earned and owned social, newsletter campaigns, B2B events and thought leadership.
We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Trade & Communications team! You will play a critical role in executing and reporting on revenue-generating tactics in support of the Paramount Advertising organization. The ideal candidate has a “start-up” mentality, will quickly get up to speed on our business landscape, is comfortable working cross-functionally across a matrixed organization, and has a true passion for marketing and communications. The coordinator will have a shared reporting structure across our content marketing and industry trade partnerships teams and will be based out of the New York office.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Report on internal email campaigns on a recurring basis to identify performance patterns and optimize future campaigns
- Continually update internal mailing lists to ensure the right audiences are receiving the right messaging
- Assist with the production of internal Learning & Development and B2B events to ensure impeccable execution across audience invitations, day-of planning, A/V support, etc.
- Support the Trade Partnerships group of the Trade & Communications team by assisting with on the ground events across day-of planning and setup, A/V support, etc.
- Assist with the execution of multiple partnership program deliverables (e.g., logo files, descriptions, badge, and registration materials, coordinate with senior leadership’s executive assistants to ensure calendars are up to date with partnership initiatives, etc.)
- Assist with the budgeting and invoicing process for Trade Partnerships and Content Marketing teams
- Support teams throughout Paramount Advertising’s Sales Support & Operations team on execution of their respective tactics (AV, list management, deployment of comms, etc.)
- Contribute to team advancement projects (e.g., internal process audits and improvements) that create new efficiencies and improve work quality
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a communications or marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with an understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives
- Talent in distilling complex information into simple, memorable terms that Sales, Marketing and clients can grasp and act upon
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize projects based on deadlines and importance
- Strong proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) with an eye for aesthetics
- Positive attitude, insatiable curiosity, resourcefulness, strong work ethic and a creative mind

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 58,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
