Responsibilities: The Marketing & Events Coordinator will be responsible for implementing B2B and B2C marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, optimizing user experience, lead gen and driving traffic using digital marketing best practices, execution on marketing campaigns, and cross-team coordination.
Assist in developing an annual Marketing and Communications Plan and Budget that supports the Company’s long-term strategic plan. Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity at both a corporate and product level, including planning, design, implementation, quality control, and IP protection with the Company's legal advisors.
Directly support sales via preparation, design, layout, and production of presentation materials.
The Coordinator will also be responsible for establishing relations with vendors and marketing agencies. Alongside the Marketing VP, they will also be responsible for evaluating the performance of campaigns, conducting regular market research and looking out for trends which can become an opportunity for the company.
The Marketing and Events Coordinator will also work with Stallion business unit leaders to identify and coordinate key events, execute the external off-site campaigns involving logistics management and operations, as well as schedule and manage online webinars. Prior to all events, they will create and implement a trade show lead generation and post-event tracking process to enable accurate measurement of ROI from trade show participation.
Content Creator/Copywriter
The Content Creator/Copywriter is responsible for researching, preparing, writing, and editing online content for external marketing, front-end web content, as well as internal-facing employee communications and training documents. The responsibilities of this position include applying a journalistic writing style for blog posts, sourcing, writing, and editing articles for executive team interviews, website and sales collateral, video scripts, as well as experience writing content for training documents. Experience sourcing keywords and terms to support SEO and the customer journey preferred. The Content Writer/Copywriter must also adhere to SEO best practices.
Role Priorities / Responsibilities:
- Sourcing content goals and strategies and pitching ideas to the Marketing VP and team.
- Interviewing members of the Stallion Executive and Sales team to source content for external articles and customer content, as well as internal publications.
- Collaborating with other departments and team members to brainstorm subjects for internal newsletter.
- Interviewing customer of Stallion to generate content for external articles, white papers and business cases for use in all media channels.
- Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content using good SEO techniques.
- Writing articles, press releases, white papers, business cases, new web content and editing existing content.
- Editing and proofreading new content before publication.
- Managing the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media.
- Analyzing performance indicators and web traffic and determining the effectiveness of created content.
