As a Social Media and Marketing Intern with Hines, you will:
- Assist in the development and creation of weekly newsletter, This Week at CityCenterDC
- Create content and schedule weekly social media posts
- Monitor social media feedback
- Assist with website updates
- 16 hours a week in person; the hours would be Monday - Thursday for 4 hours per day, except event days that fall outside of business hours. Those two events are The Washington Ballet performances that run Thursday, June 6 through - Saturday, June 8 from 5:00-7:30pm and our Car Show on Saturday, June 15, which will run approximately 10am - 7pm.
Minimum Requirements include:
- Experience creating and scheduling social media posts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, MailChimp and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Must self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry and proofreading skill
- Well mannered, cooperative attitude and professional appearance
