About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, heart-led Community & Promotions Coordinator to help us build and sustain momentum across the Natural Success community. This is an action-oriented role for someone who thrives in a creative environment and knows how to transform energy into meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture & Share Transformation Stories
- Gather and publish testimonials and stories from CYD participants and alumni.
- Create & Schedule Promotional Content
- Write and schedule emails, community updates, and social posts that uplift and engage.
- Amplify Community Energy
- Spark momentum in our digital spaces by spotlighting wins and posting meaningful updates.
- Support Campaigns & Momentum Building
- Coordinate with our internal team to keep energy high and audiences engaged.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
- Are a strong, intuitive writer with a sense of tone, timing, and resonance
- Know your way around email marketing platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube, Buffer, Later)
- Take initiative and work well independently
- Deeply resonate with personal development, spiritual growth, or creative transformation work
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience with spiritual, transformational, or coaching-based brands
- An exceptionally strong familiarity with the Natural Success methodology
- A good design eye and or experience with graphic design software including but not limited to Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
