Title - Associate Project Manager/Event Coordinator
Location - New York, NY must be available to go in person to the TSQ & USQ offices
Duration - 6.5 Months
Pay rate - $49.35 per hour on W2
- Responsibilities
- Onsite event logistics & team calendar management
- Booking conference rooms, setting up onsite security & wifi, ordering meals as needed
- Able to be onsite for all NYCPS district meetings taking place at the office
- Managing onsite event follow up communication
- Updating team calendar & coordinating with local event hosts
- Specifically supporting:
- Adobe Certified Professional summer & fall offerings onsite days
- Monthly student onsite visits
- Training request coordination
- Checking training request portal daily & submitting sessions to training team
- Coordinate between internal & external contacts to ensure sessions are scheduled and confirmed in a timely fashion
- Ensure NYC's internal training portal is regularly updated with team offerings
- Virtual support liaison
- Monitor incoming requests on NYC tech channel
- Provide support and redirect questions as necessary
- Marketing & communications
- Email outreach follow up to Creative Cloud training attendees
- Create resources as needed to share with teachers following custom training sessions
- Monthly product & training highlights / newsletter to NYC Public Schools tech leads
- Manage weekly updates in Teams to all NYC school-based tech contacts
- District meeting team note management
- Join quarterly district meetings to capture notes & next steps
- Experience:
- Adobe Creative Cloud and Express experience (specifically Acrobat and/or Photoshop) a plus, but not required
