Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Communications Lead to support the Field Communications team by combining internal communications, project coordination, and stakeholder management. This role will develop and distribute communications that support store operations while coordinating projects, maintaining communication resources, and ensuring initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
· Draft, edit, and publish communications for store and field leadership, including emails, guides, task communications, announcements, and reference materials.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to develop communication strategies supporting operational initiatives.
· Ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand and messaging standards.
· Translate complex operational information into clear, user-friendly communications.
· Support rollout of new programs, processes, and operational initiatives.
· Maintain communication calendars, publishing schedules, and project timelines.
· Coordinate multiple communication projects simultaneously while tracking milestones and deliverables.
· Manage recurring updates to store reference materials and internal communication resources.
· Monitor shared team inboxes and coordinate responses to store and field inquiries.
· Compile survey results, project metrics, and stakeholder feedback into concise summaries.
· Track project documentation, budgets, and department reporting as needed.
· Provide additional administrative and project support for the Field Communications team.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in communications, project coordination, project administration, or a related field.
· Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
· Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience preferred.
· Retail or multi-location operations experience is a plus.
· A writing exercise will be required as part of the interview process.
